We are looking for a School Marketing Intern to join our NGO. As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator and must have a background in sales and marketing.


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for reaching out to a database of school principals, senior teachers, and owners through calling and mailing.

2. Required to organize and validate the database provided, rectifying any incorrect contact details and ensuring data accuracy.

3. Follow up on leads and must maintain a comprehensive database of responses in a structured datasheet and CRM system.

4. Support the school-lead management initiatives at VONG in partnership with Design, Content, and Social media teams.

5. May also support other marketing teams towards fundraising and partnership.


Please note that this role is completely online (remote).


Desired Background

  • Background in Sales, Marketing, Database management and 
  • Strong telephonic communication skills.

  • Are available for the work-from-home internship and have access to a phone and a good internet connection
  • Can start immediately
  • Are available to commit for a duration of 6 months
  • Have serious sales and marketing skills 


Duration

6 Months


Stipend

Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months

Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
