The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Social Media Lead Generator to join our dynamic team You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that generates leads, increases website traffic, and fosters brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Traffic Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy focused on lead generation and website traffic growth.
  • Identify and target the company's ideal audience on relevant social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and informative social media content (text posts, images, videos) that resonates with the target audience and drives action (e.g., website visits, lead form submissions).
  • Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and generate high-quality leads.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement metrics.
  • Brand Management & Community Building:
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and personality across social media channels.
  • Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and address any negative feedback proactively.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of generating leads and driving website traffic.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including content creation, community management, and social advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for social media.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
