The company operates in over 50 locations across more than 25 countries, has delivery centers in Asia, Europe, and North America and is backed by Baring Private Equity Asia.Job Title : Data Modeler & Data Vault Experience Level : 8-12 YearsJob Location : Bangalore/ Pune/ MumbaiBudget : 18 LPAJob Type : ContractWork Mode : HybridNotice Period : Immediate JoinersJob Description:8+ Yrs of exp• Extensive experience in data architecture, data modeling, data warehouse design, and data lake concepts, encompassing data structure, operation, management, and governance.• Exposure to working in a Microsoft Azure Data Platform environment or a similar environment.• Proficiency in TOAD, Sparx EA or a similar modeling and design tool is required.• Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate knowledge and experience in Star Schema definition, metadata management, and translating business requirements into data solutions aligned with conceptual and logical reference data models.• Practical experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and stakeholders to define data models is essential.• Familiarity with Data Vault automation tools will be an added advantage.• The candidate should possess innovative and strategic thinking abilities within contemporary ICT frameworks, with a focus on delivering outcomes aligned with team objectives.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for preparing documentation and communicating outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills are required, along with organizational skills to manage complex workloads and initiatives delivering continuous business improvement.• Data Vault 2.0 certification Skills/ knowledge required for the roleKnowledge & skillsMastery of function and advanced knowledge of several disciplines.Outline the knowledge required for success in the role• Ability to identify, size, and design solutions• Create value based on a holistic approach taking into consideration all components of the technical stack• Demonstrate flexibility and openness to collaborate on a variety of technologies and assignments• Enables, motivates, and develops a committed and high performing workforce by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, ensuring feedback, and addressing performance problems.• Participates in and promotes cooperative working relationships across the organisation and with third parties, including stakeholder management, knowledge sharing and partnership• Examines functional policies and processes to develop and implement a reduction in errors, improvements in efficiency and increasing effectiveness.• Extensive knowledge of different software implementation methodologies
