Can you create print-ready files?How many years of experience do you have in branding creatives like banners, Product Mockups, etcHave you created A+ content banners/ images for Amazon Brand Store, websites, etc?Tools you are proficient in?What You’ll Be DoingPackaging Design: Create retail-ready packaging such as stand-up pouches, dip tea pouches, gifting boxes, sleeves, and premium kits.Product Mockups: Generate realistic mockups for presentations, e-commerce listings, and internal reviews.Brand Collaterals: Design banners, posters, and campaign creatives for both offline & online use.E-commerce Branding: Develop listing images, A+ content, and brand store creatives for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.What We’re Looking ForPrior experience in FMCG/D2C packaging design (pouches, labels, gifting sets).Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAWStrong knowledge of typography, color theory, and printing processes.Ability to adapt designs for multiple media (print, digital, e-commerce).Detail-oriented, consistent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with a keen sense of premium aesthetics.Bonus: Experience with mockup tools or 3D visualization for packaging.This is not a role for “just a graphic designer.” We’re looking for someone who can elevate packaging into storytelling and help Hill Queen Tea create a memorable, premium presence across retail shelves, digital platforms, and consumer experiences.
