As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Admin and HR Executive to join our team.


The Admin and HR Executive will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of INFOC's administrative functions and human resources activities. This position is responsible for a wide range of duties, including office management, employee relations, recruitment, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating an efficient and positive workplace.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave management, and personal details, in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely data is provided to the accounting department.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities to enhance professional development and team cohesion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental communication and workflow.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin and HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English
