Summary:
Fourth Frontier is looking for a talented, self-driven Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to join our expanding team. The Inventory & Supply Chain manager is responsible for optimizing inventory control across all the global warehouses (USA, Canada, UK, EU, India), ensuring adequate stock levels, ensuring the logistics costs are within control, and reconciling inventory on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. They collaborate with cross- functional stakeholders (production, finance, marketing, and sales), utilize data analysis and forecasting methods, and report to upper management.
Responsibilities:
● Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
● Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
● Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
● Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
● Work with the Production team to place orders with our manufacturers on time to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
● Analyse sales and lead time data to anticipate future needs
● Place timely orders on suppliers
● Ongoing Inventory Management & Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Inventory
● Reconciliation for all our global inventory locations
● Managing Amazon's multi-channel fulfilment
● Collaborate with third-party warehouse vendors and their staff to ensure business goals are met
● Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock movement, stock levels, issues, etc.
● Setting up tools and applications to manage data flow between our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and third-party warehouse management systems
● Optimize the monthly warehousing and logistics costs and device process improvements to further reduce them.
Requirements and Skills:
● 3-5 Years of relevant experience
● Any Bachelor’s Degree
● Proven experience as an inventory supply chain manager or similar position
● Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
● At least 1-year experience with Amazon Seller Central, Inventory and fulfillment interface
● Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ZOHO)
● Experienced with software tools and applications to manage order and inventory
data flow between e-commerce platforms and third-party warehouse management systems
● Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
● An analytical mind with strong quantitative skills
● Excellent organizational and planning skills
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
● Advanced Excel Skills - experience with other reporting and analysis tools is a plus
