Key Roles & Responsibilities – Financial ControllerEducation & ExperienceChartered Accountant (CA) required.10–15 years of finance experience in FMCG or ice cream/dairy industry.Financial Planning & ReportingLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.Prepare MIS, financial statements, and variance analysis.Develop forecasts and budgets aligned with business goals.Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury.Costing & ProfitabilityImplement cost control systems across raw materials, production, logistics, and distribution.Conduct plant-level cost audits and margin analysis.Support pricing and business decisions with profitability insights.Compliance & ControlsEnsure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC).Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and SOP adherence.Business PartneringCollaborate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain for financial insights.Support new product launches with costing and profitability studies.Provide financial input for capex, expansion, and investment decisions.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor the finance team across corporate and factory levels.Drive digital adoption in finance (ERP, dashboards, automation).Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
