We are looking for a versatile Visual Designer who excels in crafting stunning graphics, videos, and marketing materials like brochures and presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in both print and digital design, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.


 

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create high-quality visuals for digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, display ads) and print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations, banners).
  • Video Production: Design and produce video content for marketing, promotional campaigns, and product demonstrations, including editing and post-production.
  • Branding: Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all media, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Collateral: Design and produce engaging brochures, presentations, sales decks, and flyers that communicate key messages effectively.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually compelling content for campaigns, email newsletters, landing pages, and event materials.
  • Creative Ideation: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for marketing and branding projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and develop innovative visual solutions.
  • Print & Digital Production: Oversee print and digital production processes, ensuring all materials meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Social Media Assets: Design graphics, videos, and animations for social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Photo & Video Editing: Edit photography and video content to enhance visual storytelling, ensuring engaging results for web and social media platforms


Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in graphic design, video production, and marketing materials creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in print production, including preparing files for professional printing and understanding color models, bleed, and resolution.
  • Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics creation for digital and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of brand management and the ability to create visually consistent marketing materials.
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns and understanding how visual assets fit into larger marketing strategies.
  • A solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.


Education: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. 
  • At least 2 years of experience as Graphics Designer, Visual Designer or Motion Graphics Designer
