Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum 7+ years of strong experience of software development and at least 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, Sec-Ops, GRC, Legal, etc

· Experience in all facets of software development life cycle like analysis, design, development, data conversion, data security, system integration and implementation.

· Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)

· Proficiency in ServiceNow platform components like business rules, client scripts, UI policies. UI actions, Form designer, Flow designer, ACLs etc

· Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in various environments that have implemented and provided design architecture in areas such ITSM, ITOM, CPG, Portals, Integrations, etc.

· Extensive Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation of Scoped Applications

· Knowledge of MID Server setup, troubleshooting and 3rd party integrations

· Expertise in Platform Upgrades and troubleshooting platform performance issues

· Extensive knowledge of scripted Web-Services (SRAPI, Import set APIs), such as AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.

· Ability to take role of Solution Architect and deliver projects for implementation and

· enhancements for stakeholders along with Product Managers.

· Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery

· BE / B Tech/ ME / MS / MTech in Computer Sciences, Electronics and Communications or Electrical Engineering fields with a proven academic track record

Required ServiceNow Certifications:

· ServiceNow CSA – Certified Sys Admin (Mandatory)

· ServiceNow CAD – Certified Application Developer (Mandatory)

· ServiceNow CIS (mainline certifications) – 2 Mandatory- ITSM + any other (CSM, HRSD, SPM etc )

Desired Skills:

· Experience with creating enterprise software in the one of the application domains in which ServiceNow competes

· Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP.

· Evaluation technology innovations in the marketplace and ability to incorporate into product roadmap.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo, drive change, engineer innovative solutions and deliver results

· Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly

· Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences

· Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
