Our mission: simplify complex processes using intelligent, human-centric XR technology.Role Overview We’re hiring a cutting-edge Unity Developer to build high-performance AR/VR/MR applications for devices like RealWear, XREAL, Vision Pro, Quest, and other head-mounted systems. This is a full-time, on-site position in Noida.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scalable AR/VR/MR applications using Unity (C#)Build and optimize spatial UI/UX for AR wearables (RealWear, XREAL, etc.)Integrate voice commands, sensors, OpenXR, AR Foundation, and device SDKsWork with rendering pipelines, shaders, and optimized 3D assetsCollaborate with AI, backend, and design teams for real-world deploymentsDebug, profile, and optimize performance for wearable devicesBuild cross-platform XR solutions for iOS/Android/WindowsRequired QualificationsStrong proficiency in Unity & C# (2–4+ years)Experience with AR Foundation, MRTK, OpenXR, or platform-specific SDKsHands-on experience with at least one AR/MR device (RealWear, XREAL, Hololens, Quest, etc.)Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and performance optimizationStrong grasp of rendering, physics, shaders, and asset pipelinesGood debugging and optimization skills for low-power XR devicesDegree in CS/Game Dev/Engineering (preferred, not mandatory)Nice to HaveExperience with voice-driven interfaces (RealWear voice commands)Understanding of SLAM, spatial mapping, hand trackingFamiliarity with enterprise workflows, IoT, or AI systemsExperience deploying XR apps to industrial environmentsKnowledge of Unity build automation / DevOps pipelinesWhy Join UnfoldXR?Work directly with cutting-edge XR devicesBuild solutions used by enterprise clientsJoin a high-performance XR + AI engineering teamFast execution environment with massive impactOpportunity to lead innovations in spatial computing
