We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of this innovative SaaS solution.


Job Description:

As a Technical Product Manager at Dataflo, you will bring a product-first mindset, focusing on understanding and prioritizing customer needs to select the right features at the right time. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our SaaS product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. You will guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, making strategic decisions to enhance user experience and achieve business goals. 


Your expertise in understanding the technical aspects of product development will be crucial in shaping the future of our AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, clear communication, and a deep understanding of both market needs and technical possibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from various sources, including customer feedback, market research, and internal teams.
  • Understand the technical aspects of product development to provide clear and detailed requirements to engineers in the form of user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to enhance user experience and achieve key performance metrics.
  • Measure and analyze product usage and metrics to inform decision-making and prioritize future development efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology, and incorporate relevant innovations into product development.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product management team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7 to 8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4 years in product management, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products.
  • Experience in building a SaaS enterprise product is preferred.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, natural language processing, LLM is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers to understand their requirements and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong product management skills, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Should be a team player, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
