Job Description -Graphic Designer

Working model: On site

Location: Andheri (West)

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:0am - 8:00pm

Budget: 30-50k

Experience: 2- 3 Years


We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print media. The designer will collaborate with marketing, branding, and other creative teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with the company’s goals and objectives.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


  • Creative Design Execution

Bring creative concepts to life by following briefs provided by the founders, ensuring designs align with the brand's identity, tone, and quality standards across all deliverables.


  • Proficiency in Design Software

Expertly utilize industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw to create and refine high-quality visuals. Stay updated on software features to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.


  • Attention to Detail

Conduct thorough quality checks on all final outputs to ensure designs are polished, on-brand, and error-free. Maintain consistency in style, layout, and visual elements.


  • Project Collaboration and Management

Work closely with the team to develop and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with the creative vision. Efficiently handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.


  • Skill Enhancement and Learning

Keep abreast of design trends and techniques to elevate creative outputs. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a production or design management role, preferably in a production house or creative agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, and other relevant software tools.
  • A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to follow creative briefs precisely while offering innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio showcasing past work and leadership roles is a plus.
