Position SummaryWe are seeking an seasoned Engineering Leader with deep technical expertise, proven experience in solution architecture, and a track record of successfully delivering complex software products to production at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teamsDrive architectural decisions and technology choices that align with business objectivesEstablish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development methodologiesBuild and scale high-performing engineering teamsTechnical Excellence:Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutionsEnsure robust system architecture that can handle growing user demandsLead technical reviews and guide complex engineering challengesDrive adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOpsProduct Development:Manage multiple production rollouts and ensure the successful delivery of featuresCollaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutionsOversee the entire software development lifecycle from conception to deploymentEnsure high-quality deliverables that meet performance, security, and scalability requirementsTeam Management:Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talentFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learningConduct performance reviews and provide career development guidancePromote knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the teamRequired QualificationsProven ability to design end-to-end solutions for complex business problemsExperience with system integration, data modeling, and enterprise architecture patternsStrong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and security considerationsDeep expertise in Java programming with hands-on development experience.Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principlesExperience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systemsStrong people management experience is required.Technical Skills SummaryProgramming Languages:JavaFrameworks & Technologies:Spring Boot, Spring FrameworkDevOps & Tools:CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)Testing frameworks (JUnit, pytest, Selenium)Cloud Technologies (Good-to-have):
