Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Love Home in Jaipur. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance appraisal, benefits administration, policy development, and employee relations. You will also be involved in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding
  • Knowledge of talent management and performance appraisal processes
  • Understanding of benefits administration and compliance
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
