**Position Title:** Technical Lead - L4 Repair (PCBA Failure)


**Position Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead for L4 Repair (PCBA Failure) to join our technical services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced repair techniques, including IC replacement, reballing, and programming, as well as expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex PCBA failures.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Advanced Repair and Troubleshooting:**

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of PCBA failures, including hot diagnosis and board swapping.

- Diagnose and repair issues related to Face ID, IC replacement, and reballing.


2. **Component Replacement and Programming:**

- Replace and program components such as NAND, WIFI, and Baseband ICs.

- Perform JCID programming and software brushing as needed.


3. **Connector and IC Replacement:**

- Replace various connectors and perform IC replacement and reballing with precision and accuracy.

- Ensure high-quality repair standards and minimize rework rates.


4. **Technical Leadership:**

- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training on advanced repair techniques.

- Develop and implement best practices for L4 repair processes.


5. **Quality Assurance:**

- Maintain high standards of quality in all repair activities.

- Conduct quality checks and ensure repaired units meet company standards and customer expectations.


6. **Process Improvement:**

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance repair efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to address recurring issues and improve product reliability.


7. **Documentation and Reporting:**

- Maintain accurate records of repair activities, including diagnostics, repairs performed, and parts used.

- Prepare and present regular reports on repair performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced PCBA repair, including IC replacement, reballing, and programming.

- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing issues related to Face ID, WIFI, Baseband, and other components.

- Strong technical skills in component replacement, software brushing, and JCID programming.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using advanced repair tools and equipment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
