Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and developing software solutions using Java, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience leading teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills. 


Responsibilities: 


• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java. 


• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. 


• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture, design, and testing documents. 


• Ensure the quality of code, design, and architecture of software solutions. 


• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. 


• Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. 


• Research new technologies and techniques to improve software development processes.  


Requirements: 


• At least 8 years of experience in Java / Spring boot development. 


• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. 


• Strong knowledge of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures. 


• Experience with Agile development methodologies. 


• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 


• Experience with software development tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Git, JIRA, and Jenkins. 


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 


• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. 


• Experience with front-end development technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
