Head of Corporate Access

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining corporate relationships, mainly at the Investor Relations (IR) level.
  • Working in close coordination with our Research Analysts in Mumbai to originate (physical and virtual) Corporate Access events, incl. Access Days, Thematic Tours and Non-Deal Roadshows.
  • Producing bespoke trips for investors to meet with corporates across India.
  • Driving the invitation process for Indian corporates to all relevant (physical and virtual) conferences and Access Days, incl. to the India Forum (Q4) and the firm’s Flagship Investors’ Forum in Hong Kong (September).
  • Working closely with Regional Corporate Access team, India Research, India & regional Sales and other divisions to drive and coordinate scalable events, bespoke meetings and roadshows (featuring both analysts and corporates).
  • Schedule and support corporate pitch meetings, incl. annual corporate pitching trip of global head of Corporate Access to India (usually in Q4)
  • Ensure all relevant Corporate Access “best practice” processes are being applied in India, incl. those related to budget approvals, legal & compliance approvals, event logging and cost allocation – to ensure smooth event execution, communication and reporting.


Requirements

  • Masters degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • 7-9 years of previous related experience
  • Relevant working experience of working in Corporate Access and IR
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
