Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling banking products, addressing customer queries and concerns, and promoting customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets and providing personalized financial solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Sales, and Communication skills
- Very Sound Knowledge of Banks working capital products (OD/CC, Term Loans, BG / LC & Trade Products) and services to SME & Mid Corporate Clients
- Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years Experience in the banking or financial services industry is required and no freshers
- Chennai & Spokes location candidate is preferred
- Ability to handle pressure on delivery of business targets
