Job Title: Analyst – T&E
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Associate Manager T&E
1. Purpose of the Role:
- Manage stakeholders and employee reimbursement related queries
- To foster a positive, productive, and proactive team culture, providing opportunities for both personal and professional growth, building, training & driving a high-performing and highly engaged team
- Explore agenda: T&E management
- Key Tools: Excel, Microsoft Office tools, SAP, T&E tools
- Good to know other Data Analysis Tools
2. Key tasks & accountabilities:
- End-to-end responsibility for the employee corporate credit card and personal reimbursement management
- Audit (check) T&E claims
- Monitor T&E file transfers, solve issues (T&E Spec)
- Plan, execute and follow up the day-to-day delivery of services
- Work with the key stakeholders to understand the required changes across functions
- Monitoring the configuration changes/update in the expense reporting tool
- Understand the implications of changing master data in SAP systems and troubleshooting problems
- Ability to adhere to data governance rules
- Carry our data quality exercises and reconciliations to ensure the payments were successful
- Ongoing Projects - ad hoc depending on business needs
- Understanding of the need for current and future business travel process improvements and changes so the process would be even more automated and scalable. Ability to execute these new changes
- A proactive mindset to their daily tasks to improve the business travel processes.
- Ability to work to deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and precision
3. Qualifications, Experience, Skills
Level of educational attainment required:
- Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience
- Operational knowledge of SAP
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Language skills required
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
