Power BI Developer (Microsoft Fabric + SSIS/SSRS) – Full-Time |Bhubaneswar(Only candidates with proven Microsoft Data Fabric and SSIS/SSRS experience should apply.)Are you passionate about data visualization, analytics, and modern data platforms?We’re looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Data Fabric and SSIS/SSRS to join our dynamic and growing teamAbout the Role :We’re seeking a professional who bridges both worlds — someone who understands modern cloud-based analytics (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI) and traditional SQL-based data tools (SSIS, SSRS).You’ll play a key role in designing scalable analytics solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and empowering business decisions through insightful dashboards and reports.Key Responsibilities :Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Implement and manage solutions using Microsoft Data Fabric for seamless data integration.Develop and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS and enterprise reports using SSRS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient data models.Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and security.Stay updated with the latest features in the Microsoft analytics ecosystem.Must-Have Skills :Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Visualization).Proven expertise in Microsoft Data Fabric (Lakehouse, Dataflows, Synapse, etc.).Hands-on experience with SSIS (Integration Services) and SSRS (Reporting Services).Solid understanding of SQL and modern data architecture.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience Required :Minimum 4+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and the Microsoft BI Stack.Salary :₹6,00,000 per annum (Fixed)Location :Bhubaneswar (On-site)How to Apply :Apply directly through LinkedIn .
