  • Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for banking-related inquiries from clients and internal teams, addressing concerns and providing information on financial products.

  • Account Management: Assist in the opening and maintenance of company bank accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports related to banking activities, providing insights on cash flow, account balances, and transaction trends.
  • Liaison with Banks: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to facilitate smooth transactions and optimize financial services.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal controls related to banking operations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all banking transactions and communications, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
