Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Zoho Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Zoho Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho Recruit, People, Payroll Etc. and other Zoho products to meet the business requirements of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their processes, provide functional expertise, and configure Zoho solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3years of experience in Zoho Recruit, People, Payroll Etc. other Zoho products.
  • Proven experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating Zoho solutions in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Recruit , People , Payroll Etc.and other Zoho suite products.
  • Experience with workflows, custom functions, and process automation in Zoho.
  • Familiarity with Zoho's API and integration with third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of basic programming/scripting languages (e.g., Deluge scripting for Zoho) is a plus.


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing and consulting abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and devise practical Zoho-based solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to resolve functional and system issues.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Zoho Zoho Recruit , People , Payroll Etc.certification is a plus.


Educational Qualification :

B.Sc.(Human Development) / BA(HRM)/ B.Com(HRM) is a must.
