Night Shift to support US Based Customer


Skills Required:

  • Experience as a Scheduling Analyst / Scheduler in Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Experience with IEX: IEX is a popular workforce management software used for scheduling, forecasting, and managing contact center operations. Proficiency with IEX includes tasks such as setting up Management Unit (MUs) data, uploading forecasts, managing exceptions, running shifts, and utilizing features like shift bidding and meeting scheduler.
  • Experience with Erlang C: Erlang C is a mathematical formula used in call centers to calculate the number of agents required to handle a given level of call traffic at a specified service level. Experience with Erlang C involves understanding how to apply this formula to determine staffing requirements accurately.


Shift : US shift (7:00pm -4:00am)
