Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and experience in product architecture design. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our educational products, working closely with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive, user-friendly, and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process, focusing on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. Ensure that the user experience is seamless, engaging, and aligned with the educational goals of the product.
  • Design and refine the architecture of the product. Ensure that the product’s structure supports a scalable and flexible user experience while maintaining ease of use.
  • Work closely with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and business requirements.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user testing to gather insights and iterate on designs to improve usability and functionality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms. Establish and enforce design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Analyze and interpret data to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, and translate these insights into actionable design improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing digital products, preferably in the edu-tech or related industry.
  • Proven experience in designing the architecture of digital products, ensuring a seamless and scalable user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel. Experience with design systems and maintaining design consistency across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
