Key Roles and Responsibilities:


·       Generating leads for new business development

·       Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.

·       Identifying right clients across the industry.

·       Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.

·       Achieving revenue targets.

·       Preparing client contracts

·        We are looking to hire a dynamic, open-minded, self-starter who enjoys Business Leadership roles 

·       You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and closing new business relationships.

·        Your primary goal will always be to identify potential clients, secure new business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationships with new clients.

·       You must possess an exceptionally vast network, saturated with industry intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources to achieve company objectives.


Knowledge, skills and attributes:


·       Strong communication and presentation skills

·       Goal-oriented and organized team player who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:


·       Management / Marketing Graduate / Architect


Experience required:


·       Individual Contributor : 5-7 years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 1-2 years’ experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm / Property consultant firm, catering to commercial premises
