The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Varicent configuration and troubleshooting, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities5–7 years of hands-on experience with Varicent technologyProvide day-to-day support for Varicent applications, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance monitoringConfigure and maintain Varicent modules (Compensation, Quotas, Territories)Manage data integrations between Varicent and CRM/ERP systemsPerform system health checks, audits, and ensure compliance with governance standardsCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issuesDocument processes, maintain knowledge base, and provide user training as neededRequired SkillsVaricent experience: configuration, administration, and supportStrong SQL and relational database skillsFamiliarity with APIs, REST integrations, and data ETL processesUnderstanding of incentive compensation plans and workflowsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesNice-to-HaveExperience with SPM best practices and plan modelingKnowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO/SAML)Exposure to cloud environments (AWS) and Linux
