Finance Manager – Runaya

At our Telecom Grade FRP & ARP Rods' business, we manufacture Fibre Reinforced Plastic Rods and Aramid Reinforced Rods for optical fibre cables, using the latest UV lights Curing Pultrusion Technology, Thermal Process Technology, and fully automated production lines, in Silvassa with 2 million km per annum production capacity and an opportunity to increase our capacity many folds in next two years.

The Opportunity:


We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong financial acumen to support Finance function for FRP business of Runaya based out of Silvassa. The roles & responsibilities involve:

  • Ensuring Month end closing activities within timeline by following and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization through FCF
  • Working capital management by considering receivables and payments.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained and ensure the Rating
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
  • To meet with Digitalization requirement of the organization
  • Tracking and filing returns like TDS and GST.
  • Keeping track on outgoing payments and monitoring company expenditures, maintaining records of petty cash, and verifying the expense reports
  • Managing account records, documenting financial Processes, processing invoices, and handling payments


The Successful Candidate:


CA/CMA with 2-5 years of manufacturing experience post qualification

Expert in excel, MS word and power point presentations.

Effective communication skills.
