**Role : Finance Officer

Exp : Fresher+ 1-2 Years

Compensation: INR 5 Lacs

Location: Silvassa

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the preparation of Inventory MIS, Import-Export MIS, CWIP MIS, PV
- Reports and other MIS as per requirement
- Ensuring Month end closing activities like (Inventory Valuation, CWIP Valuation, Stock
- taking, Physical verification, etc.) within timeline by following and maintaining Standard
- Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Contributing to financial and MAS audits. Analyzing financial data and assisting with
- audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
- Corresponding with vendors regarding billing and payments and streamlining the

payment process
- Conducting financial analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Providing significant support on incorporating assignments (e.g., implementing a new

system)
- Updating financial Spreadsheets with the latest transactions.
- Working capital management by considering receivables and payments.
- Keeping track on outgoing payments and monitoring company expenditures, maintaining

records of petty cash, and verifying the expense reports
- Processing periodic/ ad-hoc report request.

Other Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
- Managing account records, documenting financial Processes, processing invoices, and

handling payments
- Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
- Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Tracking and filing returns like TDS and GST.
- Paying vendors and service providers.
- Reconciling the statements and payment records
