Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Thane. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation. They will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and values.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with expertise in all aspects of HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
