Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at AYRA BRIDAL COUTURE in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:

  • Assist clients in selecting the perfect outfit for weddings and other special occasions
  • Provide fashion consulting services to clients, including wardrobe planning and outfit coordination
  • Offer product knowledge and communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the merchandise to the clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote sales by identifying the needs of the clients and suggesting complementary accessories or garments
  • Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications
  • Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills: Understanding of wedding and special occasion fashion trends, designer brands, fabrics, colors, and styles. Ability to suggest outfits, accessories, and jewelry to match the client's preference, budget, and body type
  • .Communication and Customer Service skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen, and communicate effectively to understand and fulfill the client's needs. Ability to handle difficult situations and conflicts while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • .Sales skills: Ability to persuade clients to purchase products and upsell complementary accessories or garments, closing sales, and meeting sales targets
  • .Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • .Experience with luxury brands, retail, or personal shopping is preferred
  • .Bilingual fluency in English
