Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at Maison Sora in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing product knowledge, fashion consulting, communication, customer service, and sales support. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers, providing styling advice, and promoting brand awareness through exceptional service.


Location : Kala Ghoda , Mumbai.

No of positions : 2

Experience : 1 to 4 Years as a fashion consultant in an EBO, proven retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


* Customer Experience: Provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers, ensuring a premium shopping experience.

* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Maison Sora’s collections, fabrics, and sustainable practices to educate customers about the brand’s offerings.

* Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering tailored styling solutions and fostering brand loyalty.

* Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual displays, ensuring the store reflects the brand's aesthetic and culture.

* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals by providing excellent customer service and upselling where appropriate.

* Fashion Expertise: Keep up with global fashion trends and adapt them to Maison Sora’s unique style to provide relevant advice to customers.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team to create a cohesive and welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience as a Fashion Consultant, Stylist, or in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.

* Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and offer personalized service.

* Passion for sustainability and an understanding of sustainable fashion.

* Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets.
