The Assistant Sales Manager will support sales strategies, engage with clients to understand their needs, and provide product solutions. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, generating leads, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company objectives. The role requires proactive efforts to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong sales, client relationship management, and communication skillsMarket research, lead generation, and strategic planning skillsAbility to prepare detailed sales reports and presentationsProficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of sales processesKnowledge of the Automotive, Telecom, or EV industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
