KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
  • 3. UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests and analyze feedback to iterate and enhance designs, ensuring they meet high standards for usability and user satisfaction.
  • Design System Maintenance: Help maintain and expand our design system, contributing to scalable, reusable design assets and patterns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our product offerings are cutting-edge and user-centered.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience:
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably working on digital products or SaaS platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking methodologies, and user-centered design.
  • Experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, particularly demonstrating
  • design problem-solving, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI designs.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate design rationale effectively and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy for users, with the ability to consider the overall user journey and user experience in all design solutions.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand development constraints.
  • Experience working within an Agile or Scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, and other tools for measuring design effectiveness.
