Role Overview: Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Mumbai-based Investor Relations Specialist to manage a portfolio of high-profile clients in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance shareholder engagement, strengthen investor confidence, and manage financial communication for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Investor Relations clients based in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad, while operating from Mumbai.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute customized IR strategies to enhance shareholder value and align with client goals.
  • Capital Markets Expertise: Provide insights into market trends, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • IPO Advisory: Guide clients through the IPO lifecycle, including preparation, execution, and post-IPO advisory.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, investor presentations, press releases, and other shareholder communications.
  • Investor Engagement: Coordinate and manage investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to offer strategic insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee and update the investor relations section of client websites.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3-15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Consulting, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, M&A, or IPO processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. (MBA or CFA preferred)
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
