What We're Looking For

Aerchain is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive database of procurement, finance, and IT leads, including key decision-makers at target companies. This role is crucial in supporting our inbound and outbound marketing efforts by enriching our CRM with relevant data.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Database Management: Collect and consolidate data on target companies and key stakeholders in the procurement, finance, and IT sectors. Populate and maintain this information within our CRM for use by the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Research & Analysis: Utilize industry knowledge to identify and research accounts, understanding their organizational structure, buying roles, and decision-making processes.
  • CRM Enrichment: Continuously enrich and update the CRM with contact details for key decision-makers within targeted companies. Focus on procurement, IT, and finance departments to drive marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Lead Generation: Perform in-depth research using tools, websites, and databases to identify potential leads that fit Aerchain’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to provide data enrichment necessary for targeted marketing campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Manage, track, and report on all research activities and outcomes using our CRM system.
  • Data Accuracy & Quality: Ensure the accuracy and quality of all data entered into the CRM, regularly performing checks and updates as needed.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for data enrichment and lead generation to support the Sales and Marketing teams.


Required Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis on target companies and markets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), LinkedIn, Excel, and other research tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the procurement, finance, and IT sectors is a plus.
  • Drive & Determination: A proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in market research, lead generation, or CRM management is preferred.
  • Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with research and data scraping tools, and the ability to quickly learn new tools as needed.
