The Packing supervisor shall manage the day-to-day packing operations. Shall be responsible for all Factory related packing of product and accessories. Accountable for ensuring safety, customer quality and delivery requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Packing Planning as per the scheduled.
  • Prepare the product of final barcode scanning before dispatch.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the packaging team.
  • Ensure all packaging processes comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Manpower Handling
  • Material receipt form different departments against approved packing list.
  • Individual components labeling on components as per available final packing lists.
  • Actual packing of ok components and materials.
  • Final packing list preparation on based of packed boxes.
  • Packing box labeling and shipping marks
  • Implement and maintain packaging schedules.
  • Labeling of final packing lists on packed box including export shipping marks
  • Maintain inventory of packaging materials and reorder as necessary.
  • Packing planning of shortages


Requirements/ Qualifications:-

  • Has thorough knowledge and practical experience of Packaging and its process.
  • Has ability to act decisively and solve staff, material, or equipment-related problem.
  • Must be computer proficient, including Microsoft Windows and Office software applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
