Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role involves developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, particularly large language models (LLMs), to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Work extensively with large language models (LLMs) to enhance natural language processing (NLP) capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Optimize and scale machine learning models for production.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing machine learning workflows.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and NLP technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).
  • Extensive experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
