Role: Founding AI Engineer

We're seeking experienced Python developers to join our core team as Founding Engineers. In our flat hierarchy, titles take a back seat to impact—everyone has the opportunity to become a co-founder based on their contributions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & implement agentic workflows and automations using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to design, build, and scale our AI products.
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate into our products.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech in CS preferred).
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing is a significant plus.
  • Prior exposure to LLMs, Langchain and RAGs is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
