Clevertech Group, with headquarters located in Cadelbosco di Sopra in the province of Reggio Emilia, Italy and branches in North America, China, France, Germany, Asia and UK, was founded with the aim of designing, manufacturing and marketing machines and systems for automation of the end of the line.The company portfolio ranges from the Food & Beverage to Home Care, from Pet Food to Personal Care sectors meeting and satisfying the needs of the major manufacturers of consumer goods on a daily basis.The product range includes models of palletisers and depalletisers designed to meet the most stringent market needs in terms of productivity and product characteristics.We are hiring Mechanical Design Engineer based in Pune.Job key deliverables:-       mechanical design of customized machinery and systems, according to the customer's needs-       relationship with the production to supervise the correct implementation of the project and intervene if necessary-       Previous experience in the technical office of companies operating in the automatic machinery sector is required, preferably packaging, case packing machines, conveyor's or design studios. Skills are required in: design using Solidworks 3D cad; design and modeling of mechanical details, analysis and choice of dimensional tolerances and construction geometries, commissioning table of details and exploded assemblies and assembly assemblies. creation of machine installation diagrams.-       Mechanical design and planning, 3D technical drawings-       BOM management and review-       Preparation of the required documentation regarding the projects-       Verification of the status of production and assembly workCandidate ProfileExperience: 3 – 5 years of experienceA)      Technical Skills:-         has a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering aor Mechatronics;-         Good command of Solidworks-         In-depth knowledge of the various materials, their possible uses and processes;-         element of physics (mechanical theory (linear speed, rotary speed, speed, space, time, acceleration)-         Communication and relational skills, able to interface professionally with our partners / customers-         Accuracy, confidentiality-         Teamwork-         knowledge of Microsoft office: WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINTB)      Soft Skills:the ideal candidate has a pro-active and can-do attitude, is resilient, adaptive to change, seeing the opportunity in each new challenge, is motivated and focused to reach always a satisfactory resolution for the customer, meeting and exceeding the expectations.Has good analytical skillsLanguage skills: must be good in English
