Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development within a corporate environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide insightful financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders, driving business performance and profitability.

Responsibilities:


Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and oversee the company's financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.


Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Present financial results to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.


Strategic Financial Management:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Evaluate capital investment proposals and conduct ROI analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.


Risk Management:

  • Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., department heads, executives) to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors.

Requirement:

  • Certification as a Chartered Accountant.
  • 7+ years in Business Finance
  • Prior experience in Insurance/Insurtech company is a plus
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Adapt at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
