About Blackstop:

Blackstop is your one-stop shop for music lovers, pop and K-Pop groups, and iconic anime characters. Boasting over 500 unique products and over 18,000 satisfied customers, we're passionate about high-quality clothing and exceptional customer service.


The Opportunity:

We are looking for 2 co-founders to join us on this exciting journey. This involves a 20% dividend payout, which can be distributed monthly, quarterly, or annually, to both co-founders, with a required investment of Rs. 20 lakhs (20% Equity Included). Blackstop has already generated an 8-figure revenue in total


Responsibilities (ANY ONE)

  1. Operations and Supply Chain Management: Oversee all aspects of our supply chain, including sourcing materials, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  2. Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our reach and revenue streams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in any one of operations and supply chain management, marketing, or business development within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Full-time availability and dedication to scaling the business to the next funding round.
