As the Branch Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving admissions, counseling prospective students, and managing the branch operations. Your workday will span from branch opening to closing, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


1. Academic Counseling:

  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding STAENZ’s courses and career opportunities.
  • Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses.
  • Guide students in understanding the benefits and outcomes of STAENZ programs.
  • Resolve queries and ensure a positive counseling experience.

2. Sales and Admissions:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation, follow-up, and closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaigns and drive inquiries.

3. Branch Operations Management:

  • Ensure the branch operates efficiently from opening to closing.
  • Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Monitor daily activities, including counseling sessions, student feedback, and batch schedules.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions and revenue.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with enrolled students and their families.
  • Address and resolve concerns related to the courses or branch services.
  • Foster strong relationships to encourage referrals and renewals.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in academic counseling and sales (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Good knowledge of educational programs, particularly digital marketing courses, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
