Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales to join our dynamic team. The role involves connecting with professionals across industries, promoting event participation, and driving delegate sales for our conferences and webinars.

Responsibilities:

Client Outreach for Delegate Sales: Identify and reach out to potential delegates within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, Healthcare industries

Client Outreach for Sponsorship Sales: Identify and reach out to decision makers within the vendor companies

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to articulate the value and benefits of attending our conferences.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential delegates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to contribute ideas for effective event promotion strategies.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in International sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand client needs and convey the value of event participation.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, Healthcare industries, and relevant vendor markets is a plus.
