Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
  • Implement QA / QC processes with respect to system & controls, process audits improvement, vendor development, incoming material inspection, in process & final Inspection etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulations specific to PET preform and plastic products.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Implement statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor production quality.
  • Ensure that quality control processes are in place and are rigorously followed across all stages of production.
  • Establish and monitor quality control parameters, including product specifications, testing procedures, and inspection protocols.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular quality reports for senior management, highlighting key issues and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection records, audit reports, and CAPA reports.
  • Use statistical tools and data analysis to monitor and improve quality performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve product quality, and optimize production processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the quality department.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure that products meet or exceed their expectations.
