**Job Title: Production and Quality SupervisorJob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals and address any issues that may arise.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
- Identify and address any quality issues promptly to minimize defects and waste.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to production and quality control staff.
- Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and support for development.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to develop and implement new production techniques.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control inspections, and corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents in the production area.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a production supervisor or quality supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and quality management systems.

- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production and quality problems.
