Job Title: Package Consultant – Workday IntegrationsTenure: 12+ Months contract to hire (with the possibility of extension)Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Kolkata (On-Site) Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in building, designing, and supporting Workday integrations—preferably using Workday Studio. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams/solutions, developing complex integrations, and working across multiple Workday modules.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio and WQL.Lead integration solution discussions; act as a Technical Lead/Solution Architect.Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into integration solutions.Develop and support integrations across various Workday modules and external systems.Create and maintain Advanced Workday Reports to support integrations.Participate in Workday implementation cycles including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production deployment.Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data flow across systems.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Primary Skills (Must-Have):Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.Expertise with Workday Studio and WQL.Experience as Team Lead or Solution Architect for integration projects.Nice to HaveExperience with other Workday Integration tools such as:CCB (Cloud Connect for Benefits)CCTPP (Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll)ExtendOrchestrateExperience working with Workday Prism
