TransPerfect is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sugar CRM Administrator to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our Sugar CRM system, collaborating with the sales team, and enhancing our reporting and lead tracking capabilities to drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution of request tickets involving user management, data integrity, system configurations, and other ad hoc requirements across the full MarTech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement, etc.).
  • Utilize Zapier and other integration techniques to ensure critical data flows seamlessly between the MarTech stack.
  • In collaboration with the marketing and sales teams, develop and implement enhancements to improve reporting and lead tracking capabilities within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Create and customize reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and enforce internal SOPs related to data quality, integrity, and cleanliness
  • Stay informed about new features and updates in the Sugar CRM platform, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to enhance our CRM capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed, working with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a CRM administrator, preferably with expertise in Sugar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM systems, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Experience with data management and data analysis, with a focus on lead tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have:

  • Sugar CRM certification or relevant CRM certifications.
  • Experience with integration of CRM systems with other business applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and database management.
