Job Overview :
The industrial relations play a key role in managing the relationship between the organization and its employees. This position focuses on promoting positive labour relations, handling disputes, negotiating labour agreements, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement labour relations strategies to foster a positive working environment.
- Employee grievances and resolve conflicts through mediation and negotiation.
- Training to management and employees on labour relations best practices and legal requirements.
- Open communication between employees and management.
- Programs to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify and address concerns.
- All negotiations, agreements, and legal compliance activities.
- Accurate records of labour relations activities grievances, and resolutions.
- Reports on labour relations metrics and present findings to senior management.
Skills:
- Understanding of labour laws and regulations.
- To build effective working relationships with union representatives and employees.
- Verbal & written communication skill.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
