Role Description

We are seeking full-time, on-site Senior React Native Engineers (SDE3) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and offline-first applications using React Native. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and ensure the highest quality code. As a senior member of the team, you will participate in architectural decisions and mentor junior developers.


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of best practices and coding standards
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and app deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms
  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on React Native expertise
  • Experience in developing and maintaining complex applications
  • Strong programming skills and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Solid understanding of offline-first architecture and its implementation in mobile applications
  • Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX) and offline data storage
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and data-syncing strategies
  • Familiarity with native modules and the ability to bridge React Native with native code when necessary
