Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer with over 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.


As a Senior React Native Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-performance mobile applications for Android platforms.


Your extensive experience in architecture, optimization, latency, and throughput, combined with a track record of critical problem-solving and active open source contribution, will be essential in delivering scalable and efficient solutions.


Key Responsibilities :

- Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native.

- Leading architecture discussions and making critical technical decisions regarding platform selection, design patterns, and coding standards.

- Optimizing mobile applications to maximize speed and scale, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

- Collaborating closely with product management and design teams to create user-friendly, intuitive, and innovative mobile experiences.

- Conducting code reviews and providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

- Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve latency and throughput.

- Applying critical problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

- Contributing actively to the React Native community through open source projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing mobile development practices.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications with React Native.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex mobile applications with a focus on performance optimization.

- Deep expertise in React Native, Mobile development, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3 and experience with libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, Ember, etc

- Deep understanding of browser internals and exposure to the network stack and common design patterns followed in front-end projects.

- Well versed with authentications and authorization of cookie-based sessions

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as Flux, Redux, and GraphQL.

- Experience with native Android development (Swift/Java/Kotlin) is a plus.

- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to creatively approach and resolve technical issues.

- Active participation in open source projects related to mobile development, demonstrating expertise and leadership.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
